Each module will end with an action planning session, where each delegate will make decisions on how to apply the learning to their own practice along with timescales and resources needed for action.
What you need to prepare
You will also have to prepare prior to the workshop:
- They will need to bring with them examples of sites they like, images that inspire them, bring any current marketing materials they are using.
- They will need this material in order to create their own personal website vision board which will give a visual presentation of their website and website strategy.
- This will help to focus the delegate on what needs to be achieved in a creative visual way.
Your Presenter
Seminar presented by Marek Duchnowski
My expertise in the area of web development and marketing
I set up and ran Medifile Ltd www.medifile.co.uk for 8 years, creating the largest supplier of websites to the NHS. I have a tremendous amount of experience in web design, marketing, promotion and design and also being a fully qualified homeopath, I understand the CAM arena and how the web is influencing our practices. Prior to that I was a successful sales and marketing executive for the largest pharmaceutical company in the world. I quickly realised when I started studying homeopathy that there was a need for holistic practitioners to have websites in order to utilise this major new avenue for marketing and attracting clients. So I created VITAL web design, to create beautiful, professional and fully accessible CAM websites with the aim of attracting new patients. VITAL is here to help practitioners understand how they can take full advantage of what the web offers their practice and the necessary help for every stage of their internet development.
