I got this great email this morning from Alfred Difesa that I thought might help You set Your Heart Intention for 2009.
Today is very auspicious. On this day or the few that surround it, to set a personal intention.
If you have a five minute sweet spot in your day today, sit in a peaceful place, quiet your mind and focus on your heart.
Ask yourself, “What would I like to have manifest in my life’s path? What would make my heart sing?”
Whatever that answer is, set this intention deep into your heart… feel it, know it, see it, believe it! Your Creator is listening.
Once it is internally set, move and draw that energy straight out from your heart into your space, until you have touched everything around you. Feel the peace from what you have planted. Today, tomorrow, and each day thereafter; walk with this radiance and watch the miracles unfold.
May everything in Your heart manifest in 2009!
